• Booking for more than 15 persons we considered as a group. Please contact us to get the special price.

2. Accommodation Policies

• Check in 14.00 Check out 12.00

• In case of late check-out, please inform our staff in advance. We allow free of charge the latest within 13.00 [subject to room availability]

• Check-out within 15.00, a 50% of room rate will be applied. Check-out after 15.00, a hundred percent will be applied.

• Pets are not allowed. A 1000 THB/each penalty will be imposed for violating any of the aforementioned policies.

• Quiet hours are from 22.00 onwards.  Please be courteous to other guests. Objectionable noise and boisterous activities are not allowed.  Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave.

• Jewelry extra bed 500 THB. /each inclusive breakfast. [Sun-Thu except holidays 300 THB. no breakfast]

• Boutique and Baan tent extra bed 300 THB. /each inclusive breakfast. [Sun-Thu except holidays 150 THB. no breakfast]

• Taking your own tents 300 THB. /each inclusive breakfast. [Sun-Thu except holidays 150 THB. no breakfast]

3. Children policies

• Height less than 100 cm. stay for free with the guardians without breakfast and extra bed.

• Height between 100 cm. – 130 cm. A 200 THB. breakfast fee will be applies only on Sat and public holidays

• Height over 130 cm. is considered as an adult. An extra bed will be applied.

4. Payment term

• A full balance due will be required when arrival in cash only.

5. Cancellation / Amendments / No show

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund request.

• ​Amendments of your booking will be made no more than 2 times with prior notice at least 48 hrs. of arrival date. The postponement will be valid up to 6 months from the first date of booking.

• ​​We reserve the right to refuse an amendment of booking if it does not comply with aforementioned policies

• ​No credit will be given for no shows.
